GPU unlock ComfyUI benchmarks, with actual seconds, model precision and the controls behind each comparison.
Reported application times, not our hardware tests. All three reports use Linux. A card name, quantized checkpoint or GEMM speedup alone does not predict your workflow.
USE A REPORTED COMPARISON
Same work. Two runtimes.
Select a configuration to translate throughput into seconds saved. The batch estimate repeats that report’s timing; it does not predict your own hardware.
MOSS-Image SFT · BF16
58.5% more throughput · 36.9% less time per image.
In the 3090 Ti report, MOSS BF16 falls from 71.98 to 45.40 seconds. Its INT8 configuration changes from 27.31 to 27.23 seconds and remains quicker in this test. These are different precision configurations; the source’s stock/unlocked pixel checks do not establish equal quality between BF16 and INT8.
There is no single “INT8 gain.” The same report’s H3 INT8 ConvRot pipeline changes from 155.07 to 118.21 seconds. The two 3080 INT4 cases also improve, with unnamed checkpoints and mixed precision. Inspect the model and measured path rather than extending one row to all quantized models.
18 configurations are drawn from three self-reports, not 18 independent replications. Different models, resolutions, hardware and summary statistics make cross-card rankings invalid. We calculated the percentages and repeated-job totals from the reported seconds.
RTX 3090 Ti — u/under-_-null
EVGA FTW3, Ubuntu, NVIDIA 615.71.09, ComfyUI 0.42.1, 450 W ceiling in both conditions. Same prompts, seeds, files and workflows. Complete-request medians exclude initial model loading but include offloading where used. Still images: 15 runs after 3 warmups; video: 3 clips after 1 warmup.
Limits: One card and tester. Stock clocks reported; ambient and starting temperatures uncontrolled. Still-image RGB matched in 150 pairs. H3 video frames differed even within an unlocked boot; six audio pairs matched. No Windows, 3070, long-term stability or image-quality equivalence between different precisions established.
PCI 10de:2487, Arch, gpu-unlock af28cbb, 170 W limit. Same workflow, seed and settings; second run after each stock/unlocked boot. Values below are whole-prompt times including VAE decode, not the separate iterations-per-second figures.
Limits: One card; no distribution or repeated application samples supplied. This GA104 board is not every RTX 3060. Suspend/resume untested. The author describes no noticeable INT8 change without a timing table.
PNY, PCI 10de:2206, CachyOS, NVIDIA 615.71.09 open, 320 W cap. ComfyUI 0.42.1 in Docker; async offload and dynamic VRAM disabled. Two unnamed INT4 diffusion models, FP8 text encoder, 864×1536, 8 steps, Euler. Warm means use three seeds.
Limits: The source does not identify the two checkpoints. Warm results below exclude its separate cold runs. Four matched images per model were byte-identical. One board and setup; do not compare its absolute speed with another card or model.
